Daniel Langhans, painter
PHOENIX, AZ
Daniel grew up on Cape Cod and went to high school with Hans. He received a BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in 1998.
His most recent pieces are from a series that reflect his roots and passion for lowbrow skateboard and tattoo art. This is a progression of fusing his interest in fine linework, raw graphics, conflict and spiritual content. Each piece is an exploration of contemporary visual language and is both a critical view on the human experience and spiritual battle.
